Should your life get a little crazy and you are not able to make your appointment, we ask that you give us a call 24 hours prior to your appointment so someone else may enjoy your appointment time. Heather is a very busy stylist so last-minute cancellations or not showing up really impacts her schedule and earning potential. Urban Bombshell Salon reserves the right to charge 50% of the service as a fee for repeat offenders.
We understand things happen but please do your best to not be late. If you are late it is very difficult to stay on a schedule for clients scheduled after your appointment. Urban Bombshell Salon will always do our best to accommodate our clients but please remember if you are 15-20 minutes late, the rest of the day is thrown off for other clients.
Appointments scheduled for longer than a 3-hour service will be subject to a 50% estimate deposit which is due at the time of booking. Less than 24-hour cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Urban Bombshell Salon stands behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. While Heather, our stylist is very talented she is a beautician, not a magician and for an example, she cannot give you a haircut or style that your hair type is not capable of doing. With that said, if you are not completely satisfied with your service for any reason Heather will be more than happy to make it right at no charge! Simply call and talk with Heather within two weeks after your service and she will get you scheduled at your convenience!
